What this teaches

Ketchup is rarely the allergen. The prawns and the mayonnaise are. Some ketchups contain celery — check the bottle.

Is this PPDS?

A prawn sandwich sealed before the lunchtime rush is PPDS. Pack it only with a label that matches that sauce.

Questions

Are prawns fish?

No. Prawns are crustaceans. Emphasise them as prawns or crustaceans, not as fish.

Does cocktail sauce contain gluten?

Not usually. Egg and mustard are the usual allergens. A Worcestershire splash would add fish and often barley.
