What this teaches
A yoghurt dressing swaps in milk and may drop egg. That is a different pot and a different label.
Is this PPDS?
Deli pots filled and lidded in advance are PPDS. Potato salad served from an open bowl onto a plate is loose food.

Are potatoes an allergen?
No. List them. Emphasise the allergens in the dressing.
Do I declare onion?
Yes, as an ingredient. Onion is not one of the 14.
