Cheesecake slice label example
A cheesecake slice packed before sale contains milk from the cheese and cream, and wheat from a digestive base. Baked cheesecakes usually contain egg. A lemon curd topping can add more egg and butter.

What this teaches
A gluten-free cheesecake needs a base that is actually free of gluten cereals. Ordinary digestives are not.
Is this PPDS?
Slices in pots or boxes in a chill counter are PPDS. A slice cut to order from an open cake may not be.
Questions
Is gelatine an allergen in a set cheesecake?
Beef or pork gelatine is not one of the 14. Fish gelatine would be fish. Egg-set cheesecakes emphasise egg instead.
Does vanilla extract contain sulphites?
Some extracts and pastes do. If you use one, check the bottle.
